About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Technical Support team member who will be responsible for device installation, troubleshooting, and providing timely support to customers at their outlets. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth device setup and addressing technical issues while maintaining service quality and responsiveness.
Responsibilities
- Perform installation and testing of hardware devices at customer locations according to SOP and schedule.
- Troubleshoot hardware issues and provide timely solutions both remotely and on-site.
- Respond promptly to technical support requests in alignment with SLA requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer challenges efficiently.
- Report work progress, issues, and resolutions regularly to the supervisor.
- Document installations, issue resolutions, and updates using internal tools or CRM systems.
- Support senior team members and contribute to the overall success of the technical support operations.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in technical support or a related field.
- Experience in device installation and hardware troubleshooting.
- Familiarity working in SLA-driven environments.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills in handling technical issues.
- Basic understanding of CRM systems and support tools.
- Excellent communication skills for coordination with team and customers.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
