Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Event Monitoring: Oversee the entire preparation and execution process of ongoing events, ensuring smooth coordination internally and externally.
  • Internal System Management: Keep our internal system updated with all event preparation checklists, ensuring accurate and accessible documentation.
  • Detail Management: Efficiently manage all event details, such as marketing materials, booth installations, and hardware, ensuring timely delivery for flawless execution.
  • Liaison and Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams and external parties, including vendors and mall managements, to ensure well-coordinated event preparation.
  • Vendor Options Preparation: Provide detailed vendor options to optimize budget utilization effectively.

Requirements:

  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience (minimum 1 year).
  • Event Management Expertise: Solid understanding of event management, sponsorship, and their impact on organizational goals.
  • Self and Team Management: Proven skills in self-management and team management.
  • Results-Driven and Detail-Oriented: A results-driven and detail-oriented mindset to ensure successful event execution.
  • Performance Measurement Skills: Demonstrated ability to measure event performance using appropriate tools, systems, and techniques.
  • Strong Network: A strong network in related subjects, including Event Organizers, Agencies, Event Vendors, talents, partnerships, and brands.
  • Experience in Event Reporting: Ability to compile event reports and handle administrative tasks associated with event management.
