Kualifikasi :
* Minimum Diploma (D3) in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
* At least 2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
* Familiarity with WMS and RF devices for inventory management.
* Good communication and coordination skills.
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
* Knowledge of warehouse safety standards (5R, K3).
* Ability to lead and guide staff in daily operations.
* Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
Spesifikasi Pekerjaan :
- Daily Coordination
* Assign daily tasks to warehouse staff according to Supervisor’s instructions.
* Ensure inbound, putaway, picking, and outbound processes are executed according to SOPs.
* Act as the first point of contact for operational issues in the field.
- Activity Monitoring
* Monitor daily progress of warehouse activities (receiving, putaway, picking, loading).
* Report work status, issues, and daily achievements to the Supervisor.
* Assist in ensuring daily operational targets are met.
- Administration & Documentation
* Assist in checking inbound and outbound documents.
* Ensure data updates in WMS/RF are completed correctly by the team.
* Report stock discrepancies or data entry errors.
- Team Guidance
* Guide new warehouse staff on workflows and equipment usage.
* Remind team about the implementation of 5R and safety procedures.
- Safety & Discipline
* Ensure proper use of PPE by warehouse staff.
* Monitor workplace orderliness according to company standards.
* Follow up on minor violations before escalating to the Supervisor.
