Job Descriptions
The Operation Executive is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising the day-to-day operations team of ARTOTEL Group and to enhance operational procedures, systems, and principles. The role involves managing the operations team, optimizing processes, and implementing strategies for continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Is responsible for daily scheduling of Director of Operations agendas.
- Is responsible for arranging business meetings, and business trips of the Director of Operations.
- Is responsible for doing correspondence on behalf of the Director of Operations and issuing memos of the Director of Operations and as per their approval.
- Is responsible for preparing all administrative needs related to the Director of Operations and Director of Operations such as passport, visa, international license, and membership.
- Is responsible for assigning and monitoring the usage of office vehicles and meeting rooms.
- Is responsible as the person in charge of having the approval of the Director of Operations of any work-related documents and paperwork.
- Is responsible for monitoring arrangements of business trip transportation and accommodation of ARTOTEL Group corporate artists.
- Is responsible for organizing all files of the Director of Operations, and Admin & General department.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree of Hospitality, Business Administration or Management is preferred.
- Min 1-3 years of relevant experience in related fields.
- Strong administrative proficiency and office management skills
- Able to do logistics coordination abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Certifications such as CAP, CMP, COM, CLP, MOS, and Project Management is preferred.
