This role responsibilities and objectives is for the Corporate Franchise Standard Manager KYRIAD role, emphasizing the importance of ensuring standard compliance, maintaining quality assurance, supporting new hotel openings, driving continuous improvement, and fostering effective communication and collaboration across the KYRIAD hotel chain.
Responsibilities
- Ensure Standard Compliance of KYRIAD hotels
- Oversee and enforce adherence to brand standards, procedures, and guidelines across all hotels within the KYRIAD brand , both operational and newly commissioned.
- Conduct regular checks audits, reviews, and assessments to verify compliance with franchise agreements and contractual obligations.
- Implement quality control measures to uphold service excellence, cleanliness, maintenance, and safety standards in all hotels.
- Generate detailed reports and analysis on standard compliance, quality assurance findings, and performance metrics for senior management and stakeholders.
- Provide insightful assessments and recommendations based on data analysis to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with project teams during the pre-opening phase of new hotels to establish standard operating procedures and ensure alignment with brand standards.
- Foster strong communication and collaboration with hotel management teams, franchise owners, and corporate stakeholders to align with brand standards and objectives.
- Serve as a point of contact for inquiries, escalations, and resolution of issues related to standard compliance and quality assurance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) preferred.
- Certification in Quality Management, Six Sigma, or related fields is advantageous.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a focus on quality assurance, standard compliance, and operations management
- Experience in conducting audits, inspections, and assessments to evaluate service excellence, cleanliness, maintenance, and safety standards is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, generate reports, and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement is preferred.
