Job Descriptions
Plays a critical role in optimizing revenue and ensuring efficient distribution strategies across ARTOTEL Group's extensive portfolio of properties in Indonesia. This role involves strategic decision-making, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to drive revenue growth and enhance market competitiveness.
Responsibilities
- Support any comprehensive data and statistical-based business development recommendations and initiatives to the management to enable the company to take appropriate and strategic actions to follow up on methods to increase business.
- Support any accurate “competitive set” business information and performance statistics to always improve our market positioning amongst our competitors.
- Support any monthly reports and analyze both historical and future business coming into the hotel to ensure that we achieve maximum yield and market share
- Working very closely with the Sales and Marketing team to ensure the optimization in the utilization of the revenue management systems, information, and tools
- Support any business forecasts in liaison with the Sales and Marketing Team on a timely basis as well as gives recommendations to the management to continuously improve business performance.
- Monitor rooms inventory including allocation and reservations to areas of maximum yield and blackout dates.
- Track and establish pick-up trends, occupancy history, and market segment development to facilitate forecasting
- Load and maintain rates in the Design Hotel reservation system
Qualifications
- D4 / S1 in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Min 2 years of experience in revenue management, distribution, or related roles.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with revenue management software and analytics tools.
- Leadership experience and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional team
