Hi everyone! de Braga by ARTOTEL is hiring an Account Payable & General Cashier Full Time, here's the detail of the jobs
- Computer literate (windows environment)
- Responsive and firm
- Receives all invoices, matches invoices with purchase orders and receiving slips, or obtains department head‘s signature in purchase order and receiving slip. Verifies pricing, extensions, and additions on all invoices.
- Maintains files for paid and unpaid invoices.
- Responsible for general cashier’s bank.
- Collects and counts contents of all cashiers envelope daily.
- Receives records in the general cashier’s daily report, and includes in the daily deposit all cash and check received in the mail.
- Prepares Petty Cash Report.
- Prepares and makes daily bank deposit.
- Counts own funds daily and properly accounts for all disbursement made there from.
- Handle daily worker payment every 2 weeks
