Xendit group consists of multiple, diversified business lines and entities across SouthEast Asia which cover a variety of business models and product offerings from online and offline payments to lending to consumers and businesses to e-wallets and banking as a service. Strong risk management and governance is imperative for the safety of the company as well as all our stakeholders, and visibility to correct, accurate and timely metrics is essential for effective risk management.
We are looking for an experienced analyst to help us build our suite of reporting to track and monitor - key risk indicators across the portfolio, key performance indicators of the Risk function, Risk operations metrics and efficiency, product, country and channel risk, etc. You will play a critical role in building our risk fundamentals by identifying the right metrics, finding the right data and ensuring timely visibility to relevant stakeholders so that Xendit can identify and mitigate risks effectively.
There are three key responsibilities for this role.
The role will require extensive coordination with multiple teams across Xendit and you will be expected to become the most authoritative source for data and metrics related to risk. You will work directly with the Head of Risk and be a trusted advisor on the performance of the Risk function at Xendit.
This is a high visibility role which will require strong communication, a good grasp of risk fundamentals, an ability to adapt and be creative, and a lot of patience in dealing with multiple stakeholders. You will be a key member of the Risk team with critical responsibilities, working in a fast-paced environment, and you will see tangible results of your efforts.
