Overview of the Job:
Slice is a creator analytics platform. It offers flexible solutions that leverage data to accelerate marketers' decisions across influencer planning, reporting, and operations.
We are currently looking for a KOL Specialist to join our team and help us as we transform the creator economy in Indonesia.
This is an early hire for an early-stage startup. This is a hybrid role that will encompass influencer relations, KOL management, and customer success.

Measures of Success:
In three months:
● You’ll understand how our software works and is valuable to clients.
● You can onboard new content creators to the Slice platform.
● You’ll be able to meet with potential clients and present confidently.
● Able to adapt and communicate well with team, client and partners.
● Able to work well as a team
● Present reports or insights to clients when needed
In six months:
● Manage 5+ projects simultaneously
● Identify opportunities for the advancement of internal processes.
● Build a strong connection with internal teams
● Educate other parties about influencer research, product roadmap, and campaign progress.
In 12 months:
● You’ll be able to manage 10+ projects simultaneously
● Identify business opportunities we can maximize internally.
● Structure and manage the team to reach companies business goal
● Establish a leadership role in influencer specialists and AE.
Responsibilities of the role:
● Work directly with the COO on internal initiatives.
● Comfortable with change and able to adapt to a quickly changing work environment.
● Understand the creator economy and the needs of content creators.
● Work with internal teams to develop campaign strategies and tactics.
● Communicating directly with clients and potential clients.
● Track and report on project KPIs.
● Working independently - taking initiative to drive client business forward.
What you’ll need:
● 2-4 years of project management experience.
● Entry level marketing capabilities (i.e. basic terminology and concepts are already understood)
● Proactive and independent attitude. We are a remote first team and cannot hold your hand.
● Strong communication and presentation skills.
● Be familiar with tools like Google Spreadsheets, Canva, etc.
● Bi-lingual preferred, conversational English is a must.
