Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Business Development at SerMorpheus located in Kebayoran, with flexibility for some remote work. The role will involve tasks such as prospecting and lead generation, cold calling and outreach, sales presentations, negotiation and closing, follow-up and relationship management, market research, reporting, and collaboration.
Qualifications :
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, especially in the event or ticketing industry.
Experience in prospecting, cold calling, and closing sales.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
Ability to conduct market research and analyze industry trends.
Ability to identify sales opportunities and develop strategies.
Proactive and results-oriented attitude.
High self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
A strong network within the event and ticketing industry is a plus.
Ability to build and maintain effective professional relationships.
Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Flexibility in facing challenges and adapting to changes in sales strategy
