Responsibilities:
As a People Operations and Talent Development Specialist at SerMorpheus, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our company's workforce and ensuring a positive employee experience. Your responsibilities will include:
Talent Development: Collaborate with departments to identify skill gaps and develop training programs to foster employee growth and development.
Performance Management: Implement and oversee performance evaluation processes, providing constructive feedback to employees and managers.
Recruitment Support: Assist in recruitment efforts by creating job descriptions, coordinating interviews, and participating in candidate evaluations.
Onboarding and Offboarding: Facilitate smooth onboarding for new employees and manage offboarding processes.
Employee Engagement: Organize engagement initiatives and team-building activities to boost morale and foster a positive workplace culture.
HR Compliance: Stay up-to-date with employment laws and regulations to ensure company compliance.
HR Analytics: Utilize data and analytics to drive informed HR decisions and measure the effectiveness of HR programs.
Employee Relations: Act as a resource for employee concerns, conflict resolution, and communication with management.
Qualifications:
People-Oriented: A genuine interest in helping employees succeed and creating a supportive work environment.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration and employee relations.
