Job Description
As a Quality Assurance Analyst at SerMorpheus, you will be at the forefront of ensuring the quality and dependability of our software products. Your key responsibilities will encompass:
Test Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to formulate comprehensive test plans tailored to product requirements.
Test Execution: Conduct rigorous testing, including manual and automated tests, to identify defects and verify software functionality.
Defect Management: Document and track software defects, working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolutions.
Regression Testing: Perform regression testing to ensure that code changes do not introduce new issues.
Test Automation: Develop and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard tools.
Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the enhancement of our testing processes and methodologies.
Test Reporting: Generate detailed test reports, summarizing test results and providing valuable insights to stakeholders.
Qualifications
Required:
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in testing methodologies, with experience in manual and automated testing using tools such as Selenium, Appium, or Cypress.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to dissect complex software systems and identify potential issues.
Problem-Solving Abilities: A structured approach to problem-solving, with the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose software defects.
