Job Description
As a UI/UX Designer at SerMorpheus, you will be at the forefront of shaping the user experience for our software products. Your responsibilities will encompass:
UI/UX Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that translate user needs into elegant and intuitive designs.
User Research: Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
Responsive Design: Design responsive interfaces that deliver consistent user experiences across different devices and screen sizes.
Visual Design: Develop visually stunning and engaging user interfaces that align with the brand identity.
Interaction Design: Create interactive prototypes and animations to enhance user engagement.
Collaborative Approach: Work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
Iterative Process: Participate in design iterations and maintain design systems and style guides.
Accessibility: Ensure designs are accessible and compliant with relevant accessibility standards.
Qualifications
Required:
UI/UX Proficiency: Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work and proficiency with design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
User-Centered Design: Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and user research methodologies.
Responsive Design: Experience in designing for responsive web and mobile applications.
Visual Design: Strong visual design skills, including layout, color theory, and typography.
Prototyping: Ability to create interactive prototypes and animations.
Collaborative Nature: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Problem-Solving Skills: A creative approach to solving design challenges.
Continuous Learning: A commitment to staying updated with emerging UI/UX design trends and industry best practices.
