Jr. Backend Engineer - Cybersecurity Automation

We know that 99% of new investors are underserved because existing solutions cater to the 1% who are pros and early adopters hence we built an app that helps them to learn, invest and sell cryptocurrencies in one click away.

We're looking for Jr. Backend Engineer - Cybersecurity Automation to help us enhance and automate our security systems and processes, ensuring the safety of our users and platform as we continue to grow.

What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you will:

Generally, drive the backend engineering initiatives, including - but not limited to:

Write well-designed, testable code
Integrate software components into a fully functional software system
Document and maintain software functionality
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems
Deploy programs and evaluate user feedback
Comply with project plans and industry standards
Ensure software is updated with the latest features

Who We Are Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field involving software or systems engineering, or equivalent practical experience
Strong evidence in achieving something great in life (e.g., academic, professional accomplishments, or tackling adversity)
Quick to catch on and make connections, exhibits intellectual curiosity, unafraid to admit when they don't know something
Have a high learning curve, eager to learn something new
Has the knowledge and interest to code using Golang
Ability to debug, optimise code, and automate routine tasks
Ability to solve the problem with effective communication skills and a sense of drive
