Corporate Secretary - Legal

At PINTU, we are building the #1 crypto investment platform focusing on new investors in Indonesia and Southeast Asia. We understand that 99% of new investors are underserved due to existing solutions catering to the 1% who are professionals and early adopters. Hence, we have developed an app to assist them in learning, investing, and selling cryptocurrencies with just one click. We seek a Corporate Secretary to join our legal team and support day-to-day legal activities.

What You’ll Be Doing

Oversee the day-to-day legal team activities, ensure smooth documentation processes, and facilitate effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

In this role, you will:

Manage the systematic arrangement of the Company’s corporate documents, ensuring they’re organized and comply with all relevant regulations and internal guidelines.
Collaborate with notaries to smoothly execute the Company’s corporate actions, maintaining open communication and ensuring all legal requirements are met with precision.
Engage with offshore corporate secretaries in effective communication, ensuring alignment with Pintu’s offshore entities and their respective corporate governance structures.
Involve in tasks related to the above responsibilities to handle any additional matters that may arise in the realm of corporate secretarial functions.

Who We Are Looking For

At least 2 years of practical experience in a relevant professional capacity.
Proficient in both verbal and written English communication.
In-depth understanding of Indonesian Corporate Law.
A commitment to meticulous work practices, ensuring precision and attention to detail in all tasks.
Proficient in managing work and documents in an organized and efficient manner.
Effective Work and Document Management.
