Strategy Associate

At PINTU, We are building the #1 crypto investment platform to focus on new investors in Indonesia and Southeast Asia. We know that 99% of new investors are underserved because existing solutions cater to the 1% who are pros and early adopters hence we built an app that helps them to learn, invest and sell cryptocurrencies with one click away.

We are looking for a Strategy Associate who will help Pintu shape our strategic direction & growth, as well as execute key projects end-to-end to achieve objectives. With a combination of excellent critical thinking, strong quantitative & qualitative analysis, and project management skills, a successful candidate should have a proven track record in breaking down complex problems, recommending decisions/ practical courses of action, and making an impact through execution.

What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you will:

Strategic Planning

Leveraging knowledge about crypto/ blockchain/ capital markets and available data (e.g. market trends, internal data, customer insights) to develop valuable insights, identify opportunities and determine strategic direction
Work with management and cross functional team to translating strategy into OKRs & key initiatives in an integrated and cohesive fashion

Performance management

Maintain effective management cadence for OKR reviews to support transparency, accountability and decision making

PMO & Special Projects

Building strong relationships and collaborating with both internal & external stakeholders to execute key projects that will contribute to our North Star vision & key objectives
Maintaining a structured and organized system to track on-going projects end-to-end; helping to unblock roadblocks and issues as needed to ensure initiatives are on-track
Lead task forces of high impact priority projects

Who We Are Looking For

Knowledge and experience in Crypto/ Blockchain/ Web3/ FinTech/ Capital Markets
At least 3 years of experience in a highly analytical role and has excellent critical thinking/ problem solving skills
Highly meticulous and organized in managing multiple/ large-scale complex initiatives
Proactive and possess the tenacity to adapt in a fast-paced environment and make an impact
Excellent interpersonal skills, self-motivated, creative, independent, quick learner, and result-oriented
Excellent verbal & written communication skills (English) and comfortable in collaborating with a cross-functional team
