What will you do:
As a Sr. Marketing Manager specializing in branding, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that enhance brand equity and drive business growth. You will lead efforts in brand positioning, market analysis, and integrated marketing campaigns to ensure that our brand resonates with our target audience. This role requires a deep understanding of branding principles, creative marketing strategies, and the ability to translate brand vision into impactful marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive online and offline brand strategies to establish and maintain a strong brand presence in the market.
- Experienced and comfortable with executing both offline and online branding efforts.
- Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to refine brand positioning.
- Collaborate with core teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, including marketing collateral, website, social media, and events.
- Develop and manage brand campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty.
- Campaign Management:
- Lead the creation, execution, and evaluation of integrated marketing campaigns that align with the brand’s objectives.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling brand messaging and visual identity.
- Team Leadership and Collaboration:
- Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and communications, to ensure brand consistency.
- Digital Marketing and Social Media:
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including social media, SEO/SEM, and content marketing, to enhance brand visibility.
- Monitor and analyze digital performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
- Brand Identity and Communication:
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all marketing channels and materials.
- Manage brand guidelines and ensure adherence throughout the organization.
- Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
- Monitor campaign spending and adjust strategies as necessary to stay within budget.
Job Requirements:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Branding, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Specialized training or certification in branding is highly desirable.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on branding, brand strategy, and brand management.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and executing brand strategies.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of branding principles, market analysis, and consumer behavior.
