Job Summary:
The Operational Excellence Manager is responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. This role focuses on optimizing processes, improving quality, reducing costs, and increasing efficiency. The Operational Excellence Manager works closely with cross-functional teams to implement best practices, standardize operations, and foster a culture of operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Continuous Improvement:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational processes and increase efficiency.
- Lead and manage continuous improvement projects from initiation to completion, utilizing appropriate methodologies to ensure they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and best practices.
- Develop and deliver training programs on process improvement tools and techniques to build a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
- Data Analysis:
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
- Utilize data-driven insights to make recommendations and monitor the impact of process changes.
- Project Management:
- Coordinate with stakeholders (cross-functional teams) to identify and address operational challenges, and define project goals, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Performance Metrics:
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of process improvements.
- Report on performance metrics and progress towards operational excellence goals to senior management.
- Compliance and Quality:
- Ensure all process improvements comply with industry regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
- Reporting:
- Prepare and review corresponding reports, investor presentations, and regulatory filings.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather accurate and up-to-date information for investor communications.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Advanced degree or relevant certifications of continuous process improvement tools preferred.
- Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in operations management, process improvement, or a related field.
- Min. 2 years experience working as a Management Consultant.
- Proven track record of leading successful process improvement initiatives.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong business and financial acumen.
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in process improvement methodologies.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
