Populix has a pool of over 550,000 diverse, readily accessible, and highly qualified respondents across Indonesia. Its products range from intensive research studies to simple surveys and can be arranged on a project or subscription basis. Focusing on the fact that Indonesian consumers are super sticky to their phones, Populix facilitates a diverse range of data collection methods via its mobile app.
What will you do:
- Establish project timeline, including briefing, questionnaire / script checking, day to day project monitoring, and present the deliverables to client
- Analyzing financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation.
- Ensure projects are run in accordance to the timeline
- Continuously evaluate projects to ensure they meet company standards and clients' satisfaction
- Accurately documenting the project's creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the project's scope, budget, and justification
- Evaluate respondent data against established quality standards and guidelines
- Collaborate with the Operations team to develop and implement strategies for improving respondent data quality
- Supervise team members to ensure each projects run in accordance to the timeline
- Assigning team members to various deliverables and overseeing the development of the project
What will you need:
- Min. 5 years work experience as a Project Management Officer or similar role
- Excellent organizational and technical abilities
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong attention to detail and technicalities
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Approachable
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Minimum bachelor’s degree, in Business Administration or related
