What you will do:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google and Linkedin.
  • Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations
  • Monitor, analyze, and improve campaign performance to achieve marketing goals
  • Prepare clear and effective creative asset briefs for designers and content teams
  • Manage campaign budgets and monitor key performance metrics such as CTR, CPA, conversion rate, and lead quality
  • Conduct A/B testing across ads, creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve results
  • Collaborate with internal teams including creative, content to align campaign execution with business objectives
What you will need:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in running B2B performance marketing
  • Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to turn analysis into actionable improvements
  • Expert understanding of marketing platforms and tools, including Google Analytics, Search Console, and digital ads dashboards
  • Understanding SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and lead generation will be considered a plus point
  • Proven experience in managing budgets and optimizing campaigns based on performance metrics
  • Strong understanding of A/B testing, conversion funnels, and performance optimization
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns or projects effectively
