What you will do:
- Oversee end-to-end quantitative and qualitative research projects, including study design, respondent recruitment, data analysis, and the development of actionable recommendations.
- Develop strong, compelling, and competitive research proposals tailored to client needs—based on short briefs or detailed RFPs—including support on costing structures, methodological design, and analytical frameworks.
- Lead and facilitate product development meetings to ensure alignment and progress across stakeholders.
- Ensure full accountability for project execution and timely delivery.
- Maintain overall responsibility for project quality and adherence to research standards.
- Foster smooth, effective, and collaborative coordination across divisions involved in each project.
- Demonstrate the ability to work effectively across countries, supporting regional collaboration when required.
What you will need:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a human-related field (Psychology, Statistics, or Marketing preferred).
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Quantitative and Qualitative Consumer Insights.
- Strong capabilities in client relationship management, business management, project management, and people management.
- Solid knowledge of both online and conventional market research methodologies.
- Strong expertise in sampling methodologies and research design.
- Proven self-starter with the ability to work independently and proactively.
- Strong understanding of P&L management.
- Demonstrated ability to build and develop high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively with remote, multi-location teams.
- Strong presentation skills.
