About the role:
We are looking for a Senior Research Executive with strong business acumen, high self-initiative, and a tech-savvy mindset to join our Research Team. This role focuses on managing client relationships and identifying business opportunities while also driving research execution that turns insights into real business impact.
What will you do :
- Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams throughout the project cycle from proposal, kick-off, to delivery; ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Prepare and document Minutes of Meetings (MoM) for client discussions and project briefings.
- Develop research materials such as screeners, discussion guides, and fieldwork briefings to ensure clarity and quality of data collection.
- Partner with Project Managers to monitor recruitment progress and ensure timelines are well-managed.
- Moderate quantitative study and translate findings into actionable insights through structured analysis and reporting.
- Work closely with the Research Manager in designing questionnaires, conducting analysis, and crafting impactful reports.
- Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring smooth coordination, timely delivery, and high client satisfaction.
What will you need :
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Market Research, Consumer Insights, and Business Development roles.
- Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or other relevant fields.
- Solid understanding of quantitative research methodology and its application to address business challenges.
- Experience in developing research proposals, project management, and handling client relationships.
- Familiarity with CRM program and cold calling.
- Familiarity with online and tech-based research tools is an advantage
