About the role
The Social Media Strategist is responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that align with EA’s goals to drive lead generation. This role involves curating and managing property listings for content, overseeing the creative direction of graphics, videos, copywriting, and ads, and ensuring quality control before publication. The strategist will collaborate with marketing, design, and project teams to prioritize listings, schedule shoots, and optimize content for engagement and conversions. Additionally, they will monitor performance metrics, track industry trends, and manage daily interactions to enhance audience engagement and brand presence.
What You Will Do
Develop & Implement Strategies
Create social media strategies aligned with lead generation goals.
Optimize content for engagement and conversion.
Content & Campaign Management
Oversee content planning, including listings, projects, and advertorials.
Manage paid social media campaigns to drive inquiries.
Ensure high-quality graphics, videos, and copywriting.
Lead Tracking & Analysis
Monitor engagement, traffic, and conversion rates.
Optimize campaigns based on performance insights.
Response to Lead inquiry through DM or comments
Collaboration & Coordination
Work with EA Secondary, and sales teams to ensure lead quality.
Schedule and manage content shoots and designer workload.
Trend & Competitor Monitoring
Stay updated on industry trends and social media best practices.
Adjust strategies based on market insights and audience behavior.
What You Will Need
Experience in property real estate social media is a plus.
Strong understanding of various social media platform, Instagram & Tiktok are preferable
Proficient in content curation, copywriting, and visual storytelling.
Ability to lead creative direction for graphics, videos, and ad content.
Experience in social media analytics & performance tracking.
Ability to work closely with marketing teams, creative team, project coordinators, and performance marketing.
Strong teamwork & communication skills to prioritize key listings and marketing needs.
