What You Will Do:
- Supporting HRGA in crafting recruitment, training, and onboarding strategy.
- Manage HR data, create dashboards, and provide insights.
- Track SP productivity, manage calendars, and leave records
- Validate and analyze SP order cancellations.
- Coordinate disciplinary actions with HRGA PIC.
- Support stock management and tools procurement.
- Assist in performance management projects.
- Provide operational support for Pinhome Home Service
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in HR, IE, Business, or related field.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and proactive.
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with blue-collar workforce/HR/ops is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Hands-on and operationally driven.
