About the role
As a HomeFix Service Quality Specialist, you will ensure high-quality standards and customer satisfaction across all handyman and general repair services. This includes a wide range of work from painting, carpentry, roofing, plumbing, ceiling, flooring, and welding to gardening and landscaping. You will oversee quality control, technical capability, and operational processes to guarantee reliable and efficient service delivery.
What You Will Do
- Develop and enforce service quality standards and safety protocols for all handyman-related tasks, including home repairs, maintenance, and outdoor work.
- Conduct regular on-site quality checks and technical assessments to ensure all work meets Pinhomes quality and safety benchmarks.
- Evaluate service providers technical skills, equipment readiness, and compliance with standard operating procedures.
- Identify root causes of service quality issues and lead corrective or preventive improvement actions.
- Collaborate with the Operations and Training teams to design and deliver hands-on training for handyman service providers.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and feedback to detect patterns and drive service improvements.
- Work closely with the Procurement teams to recommend suitable materials, tools, and process enhancements.
- Stay informed on building maintenance standards, tools, materials, and techniques to continuously improve quality assurance practices.
What You Will Need
- Solid technical background and hands-on experience in general maintenance, construction, or handyman-related fields (painting, plumbing, electrical, welding, or carpentry).
- Strong understanding of occupational safety and technical quality standards.
- Proven experience in service quality management, field supervision, or technician training.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities to coordinate with technicians and multiple teams.
- Customer-focused mindset and ability to balance quality with operational efficiency.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and service demands.
