About the role
Product Designer in Pinhome operates within the Product Design team and will collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Marketing, and Business Stakeholders spanning across multiple tribes. This role will be responsible for delivering design outputs such as user flow diagrams, wireframes, sketches, high-fidelity prototypes, and usability testing reports. This role will work under a Product Design Lead that will act as a facilitator and mentor in making design decisions and giving advice throughout the design process.
What You Will Do
Work on multiple design-related projects within a product tribe
- Collaborate with multiple roles & departments on validating problems, formulating requirements, defining the solution, generating ideas, and analyzing impact of your work
- Ideate and craft UIX solution based that help answers the companys focus
- Plan and conduct usability testing to gather qualitative insights
- Making sure the quality of the delivered product passes the design team standard
What You Will Need
1-2 years of working experience as a designer
- Design portfolio that shows thought processes. Portfolio can be in the form of website, document/PDF, slides, or prototypes
- Experience in designing a product on web, mobile web, and/or apps
- Experience in solving problems and using qual/quant data to inform decisions
- Strong communication skills
- Good writing skills
- Have a growth mindset
