About the Role:
This role is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships that support our marketing goals and drive business growth. He/she will work closely with cross-functional teams to create and execute partnership strategies that enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and revenue generation.
What You Will Do:
- Identify and evaluate potential partners aligned with our brand and marketing objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and brands.
- Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, ensuring mutual value and alignment.
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute joint campaigns and initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of partnership programs and optimize for maximum ROI.
- Do others activity related to marketing things and not limited to partnership activities only.
What You Will Need:
- Final year student in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Domicile in Yogyakarta and know Yogyakarta area well.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Proactive and detail-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
About the Team:
He/she will be working under the Regional team and reporting directly to the Regional Manager. He/she will also be supported by the Operations and Marketing within the same team to ensure all the tasks are well delivered and executed properly.
