Working with HR Lead in developing and executing various end-to-end HR strategies to align with company objectives.
Act as a liaison for employees regarding employment-related matters, including compensation & benefits, talent management, and employee relations.
Manage and update regularly employee and organizational data, contracts tracker, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation.
Manage talent acquisition & onboarding process, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and hiring new employees until offboarding process.
Implement employee performance management processes and necessary development effort for full-time and freelance employees.
Manage monthly payroll processes, including BPJS (K, TK), THR, tax calculations, and ensure timely payments by coordinating with relevant PICs.
Supervise office helpers and manage general affairs (GA) for the office hub, including handling regular payments, cleanliness, organization, procurement, and maintenance.
Implement internal communication strategies and engagement efforts to increase employee satisfaction and foster a positive work culture.
Assist in the creation and enforcement of human resource policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and industry best practices.
What You Will Need:
Bachelor's degree from any major, preferably in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Law, or Psychology.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Minimum 1 year of experience as an HR Generalist, HR Operations, or HR Administrator; experience in a fast-paced startup environment is a plus.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to complete tasks on time.
A people person with a solution mindset, a can-do attitude, self-initiative, and strong awareness.
Strong communication, analytical thinking, attention to detail, teamwork, and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to act with integrity and maintain confidentiality.
Familiarity with employment-related regulations is a plus.
Familiarity with any kind of HRIS is a plus.
Familiarity with BPJS management is a plus.
Good knowledge of employment procedures and labor laws.
Outstanding proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, and HRIS systems (e.g., Kantorku, Talenta) is a plus.
