Responsibilities
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all shippers and transporters account management matters.
- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with shippers and transporters.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions when responding to requests from assigned accounts.
- Upsell new business with existing shippers and transporters.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree in any major from a reputable university.
- Two years of experience working in a similar role.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suites.
- Excellent listening and communication skills.
