Provide legal support to business teams by responding to legal inquiries and assisting with day-to-day legal matters.
Review, draft, negotiate, and prepare commercial agreements and other legal documents with customers, vendors, and business partners.
Provide legal advice and recommendations to ensure business activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
Conduct legal research, monitor regulatory developments, and support licensing, permit applications, and compliance requirements.
Prepare and submit mandatory reports to relevant government authorities and regulatory bodies.
Manage corporate documentation, approvals, legal records, templates, and company information databases, ensuring all documents are properly maintained and updated.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of legal requests, provide regular updates on ongoing matters, and support corporate governance activities when required.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Law.
1–3 years of relevant legal experience; prior experience in a law firm is preferred.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian corporate, commercial, and regulatory law.
Experience in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts and legal documents.
Familiarity with corporate secretarial matters, regulatory filings, and licensing processes.
Strong legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Ability to manage multiple legal requests and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.
Proactive, business-minded, and able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
