Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with external partners (OEMs, leasing companies, charging operators, insurance providers).
  • Track partner deliverables such as vehicle delivery timelines and documentation.
  • Manage partner onboarding including vendor registration and required documents.
  • Coordinate internal workflows with Finance, Legal, Sales, and Operations teams.
  • Ensure invoices, PR/PO, and payment processes are completed accurately and on time.
  • Monitor contract progress and support agreement execution.
  • Maintain EV program tracker and prepare weekly status reports.
  • Organize and archive program documentation.
  • Conduct research on EV ecosystem, market expansion, and regulatory landscape.
  • Support basic financial and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Operations, Project Coordination, PMO, or similar role.
  • Experience working with vendors, contracts, or finance/procurement processes is a plus.
  • Strong project tracking skills (Excel / Google Sheets proficiency required).
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (Mandarin is a plus).
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and strong in follow-through.
  • Comfortable coordinating across multiple stakeholders.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
