Responsibilities
- Drive and execute product roadmap that align with Kargo’s AI-first logistics operations, EV telematics, e-commerce logistics, and TMS SaaS growth.
- Own the end-to-end logistics experience (shipper, driver, and operations), working closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, data, business, operations, finance).
- Drive the entire product lifecycle: ideation, requirements, design, development, testing, launch, and post-release improvements.
- Manage backlog prioritization, sprint readiness, risk, and delivery execution.
- Monitor adoption, operational KPIs, and business impact; iterate based on results.
- Champion EV telematics data to build fleet intelligence products (utilization monitoring, cost optimization, and carbon savings).
- Drive AI-driven product initiatives with clear guardrails, evaluation metrics, and human-in-the-loop validation.
- Handle multiple product lines and client engagements across Southeast Asia and China, ensuring alignment of product delivery with business objectives.
- Help Kargo grow KargoNexus TMS SaaS business by growing our customer base, engagement/ retention, and revenue monetization
Requirements
Must-Have:
- 3+ years of Product Management experience in logistics, SaaS, marketplace, or tech products.
- Demonstrated experience owning end-to-end product delivery in agile environments.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
- Hands-on experience with PRDs, user stories, and success metrics.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and across regions.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with logistics, e-commerce, fleet management, or EV telematics.
- Proven track record of delivering AI-based products from concept to market.
- Familiarity with finance workflows (AP/AR, billing, collections).
- Experience working across Southeast Asia and China markets.
- Interest in building scalable, reliable operational products.
