Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage Proof of Delivery (POD) documents from shippers and drivers.
- Ensure POD documents are complete, accurate, and submitted on time.
- Follow up with internal teams or shippers for missing or incomplete POD.
- Maintain and organize POD records (digital & physical).
- Coordinate with operations and finance teams to support billing processes.
- Prepare POD tracking reports on a daily/weekly basis.
- Participate in internal coordination meetings when required.
- Conduct field visits to shippers if necessary.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in operations administration, logistics administration, or POD handling.
- Familiar with logistics flow and delivery documentation is a plus.
- Detail-oriented and strong in document checking.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
- Willing to conduct field visits if required.
