Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage Proof of Delivery (POD) documents from shippers and drivers.
  • Ensure POD documents are complete, accurate, and submitted on time.
  • Follow up with internal teams or shippers for missing or incomplete POD.
  • Maintain and organize POD records (digital & physical).
  • Coordinate with operations and finance teams to support billing processes.
  • Prepare POD tracking reports on a daily/weekly basis.
  • Participate in internal coordination meetings when required.
  • Conduct field visits to shippers if necessary.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in operations administration, logistics administration, or POD handling.
  • Familiar with logistics flow and delivery documentation is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented and strong in document checking.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Able to work independently and in a team.
  • Willing to conduct field visits if required.
