Responsibilities
As an Operations Lead, you will oversee key operational functions and ensure smooth, efficient, and scalable logistics operations. Your responsibilities include:
- Lead key teams within Operations and Supply, including Traffic Planner, Claims & Insurance, and Vendor Acquisition & Management.
- Monitor daily operations and fulfillment to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
- Streamline operational processes, including cost planning and issue resolution.
- Manage and oversee vendor sourcing, selection, onboarding, and performance.
- Negotiate vendor contracts and agreements.
- Ensure vendor compliance and provide feedback or corrective actions when performance gaps occur.
- Support planner DO escalations and operational issue handling.
- Monitor and manage operational data and documentation.
- Create vendor performance analysis using scoring metrics (price, quality, service).
- Prepare monthly reports including number of claims, loss value, root causes, and claim trends.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support service quality, operational KPIs, and continuous improvement.
- Manage overall operations, including vendor and driver management.
- Prepare internal customer satisfaction reports and implement improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in logistics or operations.
- Strong understanding of logistics operations and vendor management.
- Experience in monitoring fulfillment, claims, and operational performance.
- Good analytical and reporting skills.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented and problem-solving mindset.
