Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving customer issues.
Assist customers with placing orders accurately and efficiently.
Document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions comprehensively.
Gather feedback from customers and relay it to the appropriate departments.
Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals and objectives.

Requirements
Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Empathy, patience, and a customer-focused mindset.
