Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving customer issues.
- Assist customers with placing orders accurately and efficiently.
- Document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions comprehensively.
- Gather feedback from customers and relay it to the appropriate departments.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals and objectives.
- Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the customer service team.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Empathy, patience, and a customer-focused mindset.
