About The Role
As a Maintenance Admin, you are responsible for handling administrative tasks related to building and facility maintenance projects, while also serving as the liaison between the company and construction vendors or contractors. With a background in civil engineering, you’ll also assess maintenance needs and recommend appropriate actions based on site conditions.
Responsibilities
- Manage all administrative documents related to maintenance projects, including work requests, purchase requests, and progress reports.
- Coordinate daily with construction vendors, contractors, and internal teams regarding ongoing maintenance needs.
- Conduct initial on-site assessments to identify issues and determine necessary repairs.
- Provide technical recommendations based on civil engineering knowledge.
- Create work schedules and track project progress to ensure deadlines and budgets are met.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on maintenance activities and project status.
- Support vendor sourcing and assist in evaluating vendor performance.
- Maintain organized project files and documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Fresh grads are welcome to apply
- Basic understanding of construction and building maintenance systems.
- Strong communication skills, especially when working with vendors and on-site teams.
- Detail-oriented and organized in handling project administration.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Previous experience in project or maintenance administration is a plus.
