As a UX Researcher, you will play a critical role in shaping the user experience of the products and services at ErudiFi. You will be responsible for conducting research, analyzing data, and providing insights that will inform the design and development of our digital products and services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and product managers, to ensure that our products and services meet the needs of our users.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement user research plans in coordination with the engineering, product and design (EPD) teams and respective stakeholders
- Utilize both qualitative and quantitative methodologies to gain a comprehensive understanding of user needs and preferences.
- Identify and create key user personas that define the problems our users face and help us prioritize the value of our product to them.
- Analyze user insights and translate them into actionable recommendations for product features.
- Manage our insights database and documentation.
- Advocate for the user throughout the product development process.
- Base decision-making process on professionalism, ethics and integrity.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as psychology, human-computer interaction, or user experience design.
- 1-2 years of experience conducting user research for digital products and services.
- Knowledgeable in UX research and analytics tools such as SurveyMonkey, Maze, HotJar, Google Analytics, among other
- Proficiency in using research tools and methods, such as surveys, interviews, usability testing, and data analysis
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience conducting multicultural research and working with users from diverse cultures and backgrounds.
