Job Description
- Responsible for supporting administrative things for sales team
- Supporting sales team to coordinate and communicate with another team or customers
- Preparing the documents support for handover customers from sales team to operations team
- Supporting daily sales activity such as inquiries and sales administration team to balancing current support team
- Minimum 5th semester from Transportation and Logistics Major
- Able to work independently and in cohorts with other team members as required.
- Able to communicate articulately and efficiently with other people.
- Attention to detail and initiative
- Good work ethic and willing to learn.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in using Excel/Spreadsheet
