Requirements:
- Min. D3 all major & having experience in end to end logistics services and deep understanding in export/import, custom clearance, freight forwarding procedures & warehouse handling experience is preferred
- Willing to work with rotating shifts
- Have a leadership and to be able lead a team
- Domiciled in Berau
- Able to work under pressure and meet the deadlines
- Expert or having knowledge in terms of administration, microsoft office, logistics process flow & inventory management also WMS system
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the quotation request from the shippers is filled out correctly
- Choose the right freight forwarders to arrange the shipment for the shippers
- Maintan good relationship with freight forwarders and shippers
- Ensure each specified SOP in working area is implemented
- Make report on work result & targets every week
- On site supervision & management to all staff NSG (warehouse that cust use in Berau)
- Staff provision for inbound & outbound goods, including document checking, visible damage checking, loading & unloading of containers or truck at warehouse quantitative verification.
- Receipt & countersigning of inbound & outbound documentation (if necessary documentation of visible damages or missing parts). documentation & preparation of claims against insurance company (transport agents or shipper) if necessary.
- Administrative receiving, put away, storage, cross docking if any, picking & shipping).
- Supervision outbound transportation
- Regular stock opname & report by weekly & monthly.
Working hours : 1 shift operation (Monday - Friday & Saturday), Sunday Off Monday - Friday // 08:00 - 17:00 Saturday // 08:00 - 13:00 Sunday day off
